He kept the dream alive of showcasing the authentic taste of Egypt locally and overseas by serving only the best of traditional Egyptian cuisine at the best price possible. He then started to scale up by buying his own cattle farm to ensure the excellence of every product he puts out.
Keeping his promise of exceptional farm to fork experiences, Sobhy Kaber never compromised the quality of his ingredients, food and service. This allowed him to expand and cater to a wider market locally in Egypt and across various locations in the Middle East.
