In 1996, Sobhy Kaber planted his roots in 'Road El-Farag', one of Egypt's renowned districts in Shobra wherein food lovers from Egypt and overseas flocked to enjoy the authentic taste of Egypt.

He then relocated and expanded access by establishing various venues in Cairo and now in Saudi Arabia.
